Here is how it works: You come in Elecon this year, between June 14th and October 31st, for as many days as you like, at our normal rates. Then you can come again next year (whole 2006 excluding July and August) and stay in Elecon FOR FREE for half the number of days you stayed until end of October 2005. Simple, straight, unique, incredible! In Elecon we focus on long-term relationships with our guests and not just one-time visits.

Terms and conditions

1. Only bookings made directly to Elecon by e-mail (info@eleconcyprus.com) are entitled to this offer. All other types of indirect bookings (e.g. through travel agents) or types of contact (e.g. phone) are not eligible for this offer.
2. To be entitled for the offer, you have to make a booking and stay in Elecon paying our normal rates between June 14th and October 31st, 2005. It is necessary to mention this offer during the first contact (e-mail) with Elecon, otherwise you may not be entitled for the offer. For every day you stay you get 0,5 Elecon Free Accommodation Days (EFAD) for 2006.
3. You are not entitled for the offer if you get any discounts or any other offers (e.g. free air-conditioning) during your payable stay in Elecon.
4. After your stay in Elecon, you send us an e-mail requesting your EFAD certificate and we will send it to you through e-mail after the necessary check for entitlement.
5. You can accumulate EFADs if you stay more than once in Elecon within the duration of the offer.
6. You can use your EFADs from 1/1/2006 until 31/12/2006, excluding the period between July 1, 2006 and August 31, 2006. Any unused EFADs after 31/12/2006 are lost.
7. All EFADs must be consumed in a single usage. Any unused EFADs after the first usage are lost.
8. You can combine EFADs with payable stay in order to enhance the duration of your stay. For example, if you stay 10 days in Elecon you get 5 EFADs. So you can stay 5 days in 2006 for free or 15 days and pay only for the 10. If you have 3,5 EFADs, then you can stay 3 days for free, 4 days and pay 0,5 day, or more and pay accordingly.
9. EFADs represent the right to stay at the same type of room you stayed during your payable stay in 2005. If you stayed in a studio, then you can use your EFADs for a studio. If you stayed in an apartment, then you can use your EFADs for an apartment. If you have EFADs for a studio and you want an apartment, you have to pay the price difference according to our rates. If you have EFADs for an apartment and you want a studio, you are not entitled for additional stay or any kind of refund.
10. An EFAD represent the right of free stay in a room, without extras. So, you have to pay for the air-conditioning and for extra people stay in the room (both if needed), according to our standard rates.
11. In order to use your EFADs, you have to make a reservation at least 2 months prior your planned arrival at Elecon. You have to send us your EFADs certificate at your initial request. Elecon reserves the right to propose different dates if there is not availability of rooms at the requested dates.
12. EFADs are not transferable. They must be used by at least one of the people who stayed in Elecon and earned them. Elecon reserve the right to refuse the use of the offer, if there is an obvious misuse or abuse of our trust.
13. This offer is valid only for new reservations, made after June 12, 2005. The end of the offer will be announced at Elecon's web site
